Voidbridge is a software development and licensing company established in Hong Kong in 2013. Voidbridge has offices in Hong Kong and British Virgin Islands, and agent offices in Manila and London. We specialize in developing and publishing online games for social and real money. We operate our social gaming sites and also license our products on a “white label” basis.

With online social gambling being one of the fastest growing sectors on the internet, our aim is to bridge the gap between real money and social gaming so real money gaming operators are able to build a stronger online presence around their brand.

Tom Hall – Non Executive Chairman

Tom Hall is recognised as one of the world’s leading experts in the field of gaming, specialising in interactive gaming and the Asia Pacific Region. A regular key note speaker at Gaming Conferences and Investor Forums around the World. Most recently, Hall co-founded Voidbridge Limited a gaming company focusing on slots, table games and card games. A consolidation strategy including the acquisition of Slotolotto from Peak Games and other category leaders is supplemented with the roll out of a highly customised suite of social games for real money operators with a focus on mobile channels.

Co-Founder and former CEO of Asianlogic, an Asian-facing gaming group, he remains non-executive Chairman of the Company. Previously listed in the UK, ALOG was taken private in 2009 and has grown to become one of the Top 10 Global online gaming companies with 2500 staff across 6 countries.He also led Playtech as Group CEO and oversaw the successful floatation of the Company on the UK AIM market in 2005. Playtech is the world’s largest publicly quoted gaming software provider (UK:PTEC). Of Eurasian Hong Kong origin, Tom has been responsible for overseeing global customer growth and the development of customised software solutions for the Asian marketplace. In his roles with Oneworks, AsianLogic and Playtech, he has had considerable dealings with gaming operators and Regulators in both the land based and online sector. Tom also remains as a Board Advisor to Oneworks, a market-leading provider of sportsbook software platforms and turnkey betting solutions.

In addition to gaming he leads an Investor Group focusing on digital applications and services in the wines and spirits industries and social media and messaging space.

From 1995 until he joined AsianLogic and Playtech in 2002, he was Chief Executive Officer of TTR Strategic Holdings Limited (“TTR”), an Asia Pacific focused financial services group and subsequently CEO of its data processing associate – NAV Limited. Prior to that, he worked in Swiss private banking and private client financial services in the UK and Hong Kong.

Aaron Johnston – CEO

Aaron began his career in banking with Countrywide Bank and the Royal Bank of Scotland and moved into online gaming in 2003 when he established Asia’s first live videostream casino platform in the Philippines for Bayview Technology in partnership with Playtech (UK:PTEC).

In 2005, after 2 years in Asia, he moved to Europe with Playtech, taking up the role of Commercial Director.  As Commercial Director Aaron’s leadership led to a large number of Europe’s leading brands either choosing, or switching to Playtech, including – William Hill, Ladbrokes, Bet365, Paddy Power/Betfair, Betfred and Sky.  He was also directly responsible for helping develop numerous tools and features assisting these major Licensees grow their businesses. Following 4 years as Commercial Director, Aaron spent 2 years working directly for Playtech’s largest shareholder concluding further gaming transactions before returning to Playtech as CEO of their subsidiaries Virtual Fusion / GTS.

In 2013, after 8 years with Playtech, Aaron joined operator William Hill (LSE:WMH) as Group Digital Operations Director.  William Hill is one of the world’s largest betting and gaming companies and one of the most trusted brands in the industry with 16,000 staff in 9 countries.  Reporting directly to the Group CEO, Aaron completed various projects within the Group, including a secondment to William Hill’s Australian business before leaving in 2014 to join Tom Hall and other industry veterans to found Voidbridge Software Limited, an innovative gaming software company focused on the Asia Pacific marketplace.

Greg Nolle – CTO

Greg is a goal-driven senior technology leader, skilled in architecting highly-performant concurrent systems using comprehensive experience of Java enterprise technologies (Spring, JPA, EJB 2&3, etc). He has extensive experience building and leading teams both on and off-shore, as well as developing projects both independently and as part of a team.  He has over three years’ experience in the Asian gambling space and 6 years in the European facing gaming sector, with full involvement in commercial strategy and technical operations.  Greg has knowledge at all levels of both the online gaming industry and a passion for being involved in the development of new and innovative products.

Gareth Edwards – CMO

Gareth was employed by 888.com, the major UK listed gaming operator, as Director of Strategy and Marketing between 2007 and 2013. Another industry veteran, Gareth is known throughout the industry for his innovative approach to marketing and has specialized in building brands/products, establishing and executing successful marketing strategies and delivering high ROI.  Gareth joined Pax in 2014 as Group CMO and oversees all digital marketing and promotion for the Groups businesses with specific focuses on the Voidbridge and Bidvino brands.

Prior to 888.com he was the COO and CMO at PokerNews (2006-2007) and a business consultant at Mansion. He graduated from Bond University, Bond University with a B.IT, Software engineering, Internet Technology, Ecommerce and Marketing and spent 3 years at Bond Wireless before moving into gaming in 2002. He has been filing and selling technology patents since 2003 and was selected as one of the “Top 50 people in Online Gaming” in the Gaming Intelligence 2012 Awards.

Gareth currently holds board and consultancy positions across many gaming, gambling, and leisure businesses.
